We are seeking a passionate and experienced QA Tester Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves leading QA efforts across embedded and software systems, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic Agile Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of testers; oversee performance and skill development.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for embedded systems and payment platforms.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage QA tasks in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Execute manual and automated testing : functional, regression, integration, and performance.
• Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and practices.
• Ensure compliance, consistency, and repeatability in testing processes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product managers to meet quality goals.
• Clearly communicate testing status, risks, and results to Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 8 years of QA / testing experience with 23 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Expertise in embedded systems and hardware / software integration testing.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Proficiency with JIRA, test management tools, and scripting languages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
