RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To escalate the queries of the customer via Chat / Email and Voice
- Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
- To provide the best resolution to the customers.
- Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
- Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
- Qualification : 12th and Above
- Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
- Computer Knowledge
- Flexible (24 / 7) environment
