Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR & Admin professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administration, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive HR initiatives and support the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and conducting investigations as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and performance.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational development needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR and Administration roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Education

    PGDM, Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
