Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR & Admin professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administration, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive HR initiatives and support the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and conducting investigations as needed.
- Coordinate and manage training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational development needs.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in HR and Administration roles, preferably in a corporate setting.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.Education
