Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Officer / HR Manager having 4-5 yrs experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews and off boarding formalities.
- Handle employee relations and address any issues or grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct performance management process.
- General admin activities like Travel & Hotel Bookings.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Ability to handle the strength of 100+ employees.4-5 years of experience in HR management or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.Skills Required
