About the Operational Model

As our product is unique, so is our business model. All our fresh products are produced on the same day they are shipped to retail stores. We maintain zero finished goods inventory and do not rely on intermediary stockists or transitory warehouses. This is possible only with the support of our in-house fleet of vehicles and distribution personnel. Currently, a fleet of 500 dedicated vehicles and crew supply 25,000 retailers daily and replenish over 100,000 units of the freshest produce.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced TPM Sr Executive who will manage all third-party manufacturing operations at iD and ensure that current and future manufacturing requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure third-party vendors adhere to iD's quality specifications
• Coordinate NPD trials through to commercial launch with all stakeholders
• Conduct regular vendor audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities
• Maintain and update all legal, statutory, and food safety documents from vendors
• Handle internal and customer complaints with vendors and drive CAPA implementation
• Prepare and share daily MIS and monthly review reports with stakeholders
• Verify vendor compliance with agreed Quality SOPs through process audits
• Train and guide third-party vendors on critical quality parameters
