Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in South Delhi. The Business Development Manager / Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves creating and executing strategic plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
Business Level Contacts in the CX and Customer Care Industry across verticals
Business Development and Market Research skills
Ability to mix and manage both Inside and Outside Sales work
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in client relationship management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets
Needed to have worked in the Telecom SAAS Sector for at least 2- 3 years
Expert and understanding products and able to physcially demo products on the fly
Should have a very sound common sense metrics and should be aboe to close and lead pipelines and follow various project qualification metrics .
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
