Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales - B2B SaaS at InfoNix WebLab, located in Navalur, Chennai. The Inside Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, nurturing relationships with potential customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals. The role requires effective communication with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
