Job Description :

• Understanding product issues & defining problem statement
• Dealer / Customer Connect : Domestic & Export Market
• Scrutinise daily claims / tech webs, Initial Investigation & escalation o Field & Supplier visits for analysis : Hydraulics / Electrical Troubleshooting
• Root Cause Analysis, Driving Reliability Improvement Projects
• Process / Product Audit o Driving Warranty cost reduction projects o Closure effectiveness monitoring o Warranty part attribution (ASD) & Supplier Cost recovery
• Warranty data analysis, Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS generation; Early Warning Signals o Warranty Prediction o QASI / IMS document updating
• New Product Launch : Risk Assessment / Carry-over issue resolution
