Job descriptionDevelop and maintain quality processes and conduct reviews working with global QA initiatives and processes. As a Quality Assurance Lead , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes, conducting reviews, and collaborating with global QA initiatives and processes. You will ensure the quality of products and services, playing a pivotal role in the success of the organization. Independent Performance : Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Team Participation : Actively contribute to team discussions and collaborate on solutions to work-related challenges. Quality Processes : Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Audits & Reviews : Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and establish quality goals. Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to project teams. Risk & Issue Management : Identify and address quality issues and risks in a timely manner. Industry Awareness : Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance. Proficiency in Selenium for automation testing. Experience with TestNG or JUnit test automation frameworks. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts . Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools . Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide actionable insights. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
