Sr CRM Implementation Consultant

Job descriptionOrganize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in the project plan Facilitate decision-making that is required for progress on the project Author and facilitate project implementation documentation such as implementation toolkits and migration schedules Provide management of staff to assure the quality of work and integration of team members work Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, cross-project dependencies, and report on project status within the published schedule Experience with Planview and Microsoft Project preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience with managing multiple projects (CRM, ERP) to successful completion PMP certification is required, might be open to considering a CSM or Salesforce certification instead. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, or other comparable Bachelor's Degree
Candidate should have
- Solve technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project
- Mentor staff in applying project management controls
- Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
Identify, manage and monitor completion of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Author and facilitate strategic documents such as Project Charters, Education, and Communication plans, detailed project plans, and present project updates to business owners
