Experience Required :

✅ Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales (Hospitality / Travel / Corporate Sales preferred)

✅ Minimum 2 years in a Managerial Role

Key Responsibilities :

Drive outbound corporate sales and partnerships for Moonstone Hammock properties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event agencies.

Lead business development initiatives, negotiations, and contract closures.

Mentor and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results.

Represent Moonstone Hammock at corporate forums, industry exhibitions, and networking events.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven B2B sales expertise with a strong track record.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Hospitality, events, or travel industry background is a big plus.

Strategic mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.

Compensation :

₹5 LPA + Attractive Incentives (Performance-driven growth opportunities)
