Job role : Sales Manager – IT Sales

Location : Nagpur (Work from Office)

Shift Timing : US Shift (5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM IST)

Experience : 5 – 8 Years

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in IT Sales to lead and guide our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving business growth, building client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work in a US shift to cater to international clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive IT service and product sales across global markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end client acquisition.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial / team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and global sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.
  • Based in Nagpur and open to working in US shift (5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM IST).
