About the Role :

Zero Gravity Photography is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to act as the vital link between our clients and post-production team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, handle client queries with professionalism, and provide an exceptional service experience throughout the project journey.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-event.
• Coordinate effectively between the client and internal post-production teams (editing, album, video, and design).
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables with top-quality standards.
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements :

Location : Chennai

Salary : ₹25,000 per month
