Loan Servicing Manager in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Case Transition Management :

Act as the primary liaison between Builder's CRM team and CreditSutra's credit team, facilitating the seamless transfer of home loan cases for timely and efficient disbursement.

Gather and assess initial requirements for each case, collect primary documents from clients, and collaborate with CreditSutra's operations team to ensure completion and accuracy in documentation. Partner with the credit team to meet agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursals.

Ensure timely lender site visits by coordinating with the CreditSutra's credit team, prioritizing cases to meet deadlines and expedite disbursements as required.

Sales Team Support & Training

Update the sales team on special loan offers facilitated by CreditSutra and organize regular training sessions to ensure accurate and effective customer communication.

Builder Payout Dashboard Management

Manage and maintain the builder payout dashboard, ensuring daily updates are shared with all stakeholders via email to provide clear visibility on progress.
