Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Home Loan Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving home loan sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and leading a team of sales executives. Daily tasks include client meetings, sales presentations, follow-ups, and ensuring targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving home loan sales and achieving targets
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and financial institutions
• Team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate and financial products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Relevant experience in the real estate or financial sector is a plus
