Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Service Relationship Manager. The Service Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with clients. The role involves understanding financial services, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.

• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge in Finance and Financial Services
• Experience in Customer Service
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the financial sector is preferred
