• Export Manager (Contractor / Remote)
• Purpose :
• Lead international sales, pricing, buyer relations, Incoterms, and oversee shipments end-to-end.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard buyers in Africa, CIS, and Asia-Pacific.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with tariff / compliance clauses.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and internal documentation staff.
• Own P&L for shipments, ensure on-time payments.
• Requirements :
• 5+ years in international pharma / Ayurveda exports.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LC, T / T, and African / CIS trade.
• Excellent written & spoken English; bonus : French / Russian.
• Engagement :
• 20–30 hrs / week.

Contract + commission per closed order.
