Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate call records, following up on leads, and contributing to overall sales performance. The Telecaller will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make outbound and handle inbound calls effectively
• Experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining call records
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Marketing or similar field are a plus
