About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and goal-driven Telecaller Team Leader to lead our telesales team at Neobest Mattresses. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to guide and motivate a team toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of telecallers to meet and exceed daily call and conversion targets.

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Train, coach, and support team members in communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Oversee inbound and outbound call operations, including order confirmations, customer follow-ups, and lead conversions.

Maintain detailed records of team activities and performance reports through CRM tools.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Motivate the team to maintain consistent productivity, positivity, and service quality.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales or customer engagement, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Multilingual proficiency preferred : Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.

Strategic mindset with a focus on team motivation and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
