We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and potential sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, advertisements, and referrals.
- Explain project details, property features, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer data and follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.2–5 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English).Good knowledge of real estate market trends and customer handling.Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).Skills Required
