Job descriptionOversee and manage all aspects of court cases from inception to resolution. Coordinate with legal teams to prepare case strategies, documentation, and evidence. Ensure timely filing and submission of legal documents and reports. Represent Arisinfra during cross-examinations, hearings, and other court proceedings. Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and legal entities, ensuring clear communication Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and affidavits. Maintain accurate records of case progress, outcomes, and legal correspondences. Collaborate with internal legal team and external counsel to strategize and execute case plans. Provide guidance and support to junior legal staff and assistants. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and organizational policies. Prepare and present regular reports on case status and legal performance metrics to senior
