Key Responsibilities :
- Leads will be generated from the assigned bank branches.
- Cross-sell Life Insurance products to existing and new bank customers.
- Identify and understand customers' financial needs in life-related investments and insurance areas.
- Recommend suitable insurance products from the company's product suite.
- Obtain customer consent and complete all sales documentation accurately.
- Responsible for acquiring customers through :
- Bank's database
- Footfall in bank branches
- Self-generated leads and referrals
- Ensure end-to-end sales completion including facilitating medical reports and ensuring prompt policy issuance.
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers to support business development and long-term engagement.
- Explore and identify new customer segments / markets in line with the company's sales strategy.
- Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams by :
- Coaching on company products and selling skills
- Accompanying them on client visits
- Sharing best practices and product knowledge
Required Candidate Profile :
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in insurance channels (Life / Health / GI).Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales verticals are welcome.Experience in BFSI or Insurance sector is mandatory.Graduation is mandatory.Should have a good track record and employment stability.Skills Required
