Description
We are looking for freshers / entry-level candidates to join our team as AR Calling Associates. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices
