Manage the credit life insurance business through bank branches assigned in the territoryDrive sales targets by working closely with bank branch staff and managementTrain and motivate bank staff to cross-sell credit life insurance products effectivelyConduct regular joint calls with bank staff to pitch insurance solutions to customersBuild strong and productive relationships with bank stakeholders at all levelsMonitor sales performance and ensure timely reporting and analysisEnsure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processesHandle customer queries and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfactionIdentify business opportunities and work on expanding penetration across the assigned bank branchesConduct refresher training sessions and product briefings regularlyEducational Qualifications :
- Graduate (any discipline); MBA / PG preferred
Experience Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in bancassurance
- Experience in managing relationships with banking partners is desirable
