The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the Indian job market context and possess a strong background in sales in Life Insurance products.. The candidate will be responsible for driving bancassurance sales and managing relationships with banking partners. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bancassurance sales
Manage relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth operations
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
Provide training and support to banking partners on our products and services
Prepare and deliver presentations to banking partners and potential customers
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills and Qualifications

1-7 years of experience in bancassurance sales

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field

Strong knowledge of financial products and services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and time management skills
