We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and service metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Understanding of customer service principles and practices.Skills Required
