the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Consultant who can build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with clients while ensuring seamless execution of projects.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality outcomes consistently.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
- Understand client objectives, brand tone, and business needs to deliver customized solutions.
- Manage social media accounts, online reputation management (ORM), and digital deliverables for multiple brands.
- Coordinate day-to-day brand operations, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including strategy, design, content, and production to align client requirements with execution.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss new opportunities.
- Address client feedback and changing requirements efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all project timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the execution process.
- Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Track and report performance metrics to clients, providing actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination for client approvals and vendor payments.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and revenue growth.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities.
Required Skillsets :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Media Studies.Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Brand Management, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a client-first approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategy.Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards and process efficiency.Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.Ability to work cross-functionally and ensure smooth coordination across teams.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.A proactive attitude with a passion for building long-term client partnerships.Preferred Skillsets :
