  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance revenue opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and engage in discussions around brand and communication strategies
  • Handle commercial discussions and negotiations with clients
  • Focus on up-selling additional services for enhanced client visibility and results
  • Develop and expand business with the existing client base
  • Involve in requirement gathering, presentation creation, proposal drafting, ideation, and conceptualization
  • Demonstrate sound management skills to handle high-pressure client-facing situations effectively
  • Achieve cash flow targets as per business goals and personal competency
  • Manage a team of Client Service Executives, guiding and mentoring them toward performance goals
