Senior Branch Manager - Gold Loans

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the branch team to deliver consistent business growth and profitability.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies for gold loans in the local market.
• Monitor and maintain portfolio asset quality, ensuring minimal risk exposure.
• Ensure branch operational adherence to policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with high-value customers and key stakeholders.
• Analyze local gold and precious metals market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and train branch staff to improve sales performance and operational excellence.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Finance / Banking is an added 6-7 years of experience in sales and operations within gold loans, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Indias gold and precious metals market and local market dynamics
