Business Analyst Treasury (Murex) Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Treasury (Murex) with deep expertise in treasury products, financial markets, and Murex platform functionalities (preferably SaaS deployments). The role involves bridging business and technology teams to ensure optimal system usage, efficient workflows, and continuous enhancement of treasury operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on Murex configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities :

User Support & Training :

• Provide day-to-day L1 / L2 support for Treasury teams on Murex-related queries, issues, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct user training sessions to improve adoption, ensuring users understand system features, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Treasury or Capital Markets, with hands-on Murex experience (preferably SaaS deployments).

Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of treasury products FX, derivatives, money markets, fixed income, and associated risk / settlement processes.

Technical Skills :

Soft Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
