Position Summary

Strategic IT leader who will drive technology vision, manage enterprise infrastructure and lead digital transformations while building and managing high performing teams. He will oversee all facets of the organization's technology—including applications, telephony, infrastructure, operations, and security—and lead the strategic adoption and integration of AI technologies. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with 10-15 years of experience, a strong educational foundation in technical domains, and demonstrated expertise in modern and emerging AI tools. Core

Responsibilities

▪ Applications & Digital Strategy - Lead in-house application development and modernization initiatives. Manage third-party software portfolio and vendor relationship. Drive API strategy and system integrations, including AI-based products and services

▪ Telephony & Communications - Own dialer systems, contact center technology, and unified communications. Ensure 99.9% uptime and regulatory compliance. Optimize call routing and performance metrics

▪ Infrastructure & Cloud Operations - Manage hybrid cloud / on-premises infrastructure and architecture Drive cost optimization while maintaining scalability and reliability. Lead infrastructure automation and DevOps implementation

▪ Information Security & Compliance - Develop enterprise security strategy and governance framework. Manage risk assessments, audits, and incident response.

▪ Leadership & Strategy - Manage annual IT budget with P&L accountability. Lead team of professionals across multiple disciplines. Present technology strategy to C-suite. Drive organizational change and digital transformation Required Qualifications

▪ Education o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field o Master's degree or MBA preferred for strategic business acumen ▪ Experience o 10 to 15 years progressive IT leadership experience o Proven track record of enterprise-scale technology transformations o Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks

▪ Expertise & Certifications o Cloud Platforms : Advanced AWS / Azure / GCP architecture and cost optimization o Enterprise Security : Cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk management experience.

Certifications like CISSP, CISM, ISO / IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, SOC2 or equivalent senior security certification o AI Tools, ML & Data science : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras o Data platforms : Databricks , Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark o ML Ops and Automation : Kubeflow, ML flow, Apache Airflow
