Manager - Information Technology - FinTech

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on candidate to own and scale our Technology, IT, and cloud infrastructure functions. This role requires someone who can manage systems end-to-end-from architecture and integrations to scaling platforms that power assets, payments, and customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stability, security, and scalability across all tech and IT operations while collaborating closely with business teams to deliver customer-first products.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership : Manage and maintain core asset and payments platforms including loan lifecycle management, collections, and CRM integrations.
• Tech & IT Management : Lead all aspects of technology, including application development, IT operations, banking / payment integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Cloud Infrastructure : Architect, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud-based systems ensuring uptime, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Integrations & Automation : Drive integrations with banks, payment gateways, UPI, e-mandates, and reconciliation systems to enable seamless real-time transactions.
• Partner Ecosystem : maintain integrations and data pipelines for co-lending and partner integrations with financial institutions.
• Customer Experience Systems : Oversee TMS, FAQ systems, and other customer support tech to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
• Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing engineering and IT team aligned with business priorities.
• Governance & Security : Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, industry best practices, and security protocols across all tech operations.
