Key Lead and manage airline and offshore ticketing sales across assigned territories, primarily in Africa.

• Drive revenue and profit growth through guiding and supporting the branch teams.
• Supervise and guide the team of ticketing and reservation executives in the branches.
• Manage and oversee travel / ticketing portal operations to ensure optimal performance and usage.
• Monitor and analyze air tickets sales performance, reporting trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, client meetings, and roadshows across Africa.
• Coordinate with regional offices to secure better deals and incentives.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and innovative service offerings.
