Candidates should be graduates with 1 year of experience in the core IFMS field and managing Admin and Facilities with good communication skills. Should have a core understanding of housekeeping guest management event organizing email communication and day-to-day admin tasks.

Soft services management

• Manage and provide soft services like cafeteria pest control and waste management.
• Ensure the availability of office supplies stationary and other resources.
• Oversee and maintain housekeeping janitorial services and general cleanliness.
• Coordinate security services including access control and visitor management.
