Job Description : Regional Facility Manager – Real Estate (Deloitte US India portfolio) Manager.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Facility Manager with a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering to oversee the operations, maintenance, and strategic management of our extensive real estate portfolio spanning over 7 million square feet across seven locations in India. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) to maximize asset life and minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and Deloitte's internal policies.

Working closely with Operations, Security for space reconfigurations, moves and renovations to support changing business requirements.

Champion workplace experience initiatives, including ergonomics, sustainability and employee engagement programs.

Prepare regular reports on facility performance, spend, and improvement projects for senior leadership.
