SAP Skills :

• 10+ years of experience with JIRA administration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools.
• Strong command over JQL, workflows, automation, and custom configurations.
• Experience with ScriptRunner, JMWE, or similar plugins.
• Proficient in integration with tools like Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience in migration, upgrades, and consolidation of JIRA instances Scripting and API skills (Groovy, REST APIs, JSON) preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
