Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced JIRA Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our JIRA environment. The role will focus on maintaining system performance, ensuring seamless user experience, and enabling project teams with efficient workflows, dashboards, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in JIRA administration, troubleshooting, and plugin management, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
JIRA Administration :
- Configure and manage JIRA projects, workflows, screens, fields, schemes, and permissions.
- Administer user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions to maintain secure and efficient access control.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, backups, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve JIRA application, plugin, and integration issues.
- Install, configure, and manage JIRA plugins and extensions (e.g., ScriptRunner, eazyBI).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports to track project performance and KPIs.

Education & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration or application support, with proven expertise in JIRA administration.Hands-on experience supporting JIRA Software and JIRA Service Management.Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of JIRA configurations, workflows, and permission schemes.Proficiency with Atlassian tools and marketplace apps.Familiarity with SQL and basic database management.Experience with integrations between JIRA and third-party applications.Soft Skills :
