POSITION PURPOSE :
To manage and grow business from key accounts by developing strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable Soudal adhesive & sealant product solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and increasing market penetration in assigned territory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify, onboard and manage key accounts such as contractors, application partners, distributors, and large institutional customers.
- Drive sales growth by promoting Soudal's adhesive and sealant product range to existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical support at customer sites.
- Build strong business relationships and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing business.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Technical, Marketing, and Finance to ensure order processing and timely deliveries.
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends to develop strategic plans for market expansion.
- Prepare and share weekly / monthly sales reports and account performance updates with reporting manager.
- Achieve defined sales targets, collection targets, and maintain healthy business profitability.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.4–8 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management preferably in Adhesives, Sealants, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Industrial Products or related industries.SKILLS :
Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Technical understanding of adhesives, sealants, or construction materials (training will be provided if required).Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated approach.Good proficiency in MS OfficeWillingness to travel within assigned territory.Note - Preferred female candidate.
