Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage end-to-end relationships with key B2B clients - from onboarding to renewal.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the client business needs and propose customised solutions.
3. Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
4. Create account strategies, conduct periodic business reviews, and track sales performance.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
6. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify growth Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
