Role Overview : As a Sales Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of EazyDiner’s growth journey. The role involves a combination of field sales, client management, and strategic initiatives to strengthen EazyDiner’s presence across the food & beverage industry. You will gain first-hand exposure to sales, business development, and relationship management while working closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams. Duties and Responsibilities : Generate new leads and onboard new restaurants to the EazyDiner platform. Visit restaurants, pitch EazyDiner’s offerings, and negotiate commercial deals. Build, enroll, and maintain long-term, productive client relationships. Stay updated on trends in the food & beverage, restaurant, and hospitality industry. Work with restaurants to design value-driven offerings for guests while safeguarding partner interests. Monitor competition and develop smart strategies / campaigns to maintain EazyDiner’s leadership position. Submit timely sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager. Consistently achieve monthly targets including : Restaurant Onboarding EazyDiner Prime Onboarding PayEazy Onboarding Revenue Growth Customer Acquisition Corporate Partnerships & Coverage Keep partner restaurant information updated with accurate menus, offerings, and details. Collaborate with the Concierge team to convert guest queries into successful reservations. Handle any additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager. Qualifications & Skills : MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (recent graduates preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location. Passion for the food & beverage industry and hospitality sector. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What We Offer : A structured 12-month training program with hands-on exposure to sales and business development.
