Experience
- Over 5 to 8 years of experience in Managing IT for Financial Services organizations (Lending preferably)
- Should have managed and delivered multiple projects – Medium to Large – related to Digital Lending
- Platforms, Mobile Applications, Workflow Management Systems (for Business Workflows), manage business rules, MIS and Data Analytics
- Should have delivered at least 1 Digital Application and 1 mobile application.
- Ability to manage change across the organization while implementing innovative initiatives.
- Preferred Skills
- Well versed with both SDLC and Agile methodologies in Application Development, Delivery
- Should have implemented business applications both 'On Premise' and 'On Cloud (Public / Private)'
- Ability to interact with business teams, coordinate requirement gathering and convert them to Functional
- Specification Documents and discuss with relevant Vendors / Service providers to procure readymade /
- customizable applications
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, supporting Core Lending Applications like OmniFin,
- FinnOne, R System
- Any experience in implementing a CRM system would add value
