IT Leader - Roadmap & Strategy

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise IT operations for a fast-growing, mid-sized global organization. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can align IT with business objectives, manage complex technology landscapes, and deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, ERP rollouts, and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Lead IT due diligence and integration during M&A activities, ensuring seamless system consolidation and business continuity.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud), disaster recovery, and information security frameworks.
• Ensure IT governance, compliance, and service delivery excellence.
• Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, manage vendors, and optimize IT budgets (Capex & Opex).
• Deliver enterprise-scale IT programs and projects on time and within budget.
