Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide updates on project developments.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in IT project management.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are preferred.

Education

PGDM, Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), PGP, Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
