In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a fast-paced BPO and customer service environment .

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO / customer service roles
• Oversee onboarding, documentation & maintain accurate HR records
• Support employee relations, performance reviews , and conflict resolution
• Assist with training programs and learning initiatives
• Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor laws and internal policies
• Collaborate on workforce planning and departmental coordination
