Human Resources (HR) Internship in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Haryana

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage human resource functions while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can handle recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance while identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Recruitment & talent acquisition : Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Employee relations : Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Performance management : Oversee employee performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and training programs.
• Market research : Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive strategies.
• Lead generation : Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain clients.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
