Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Daskroi for an HR Recruitment Executive. The HR Recruitment Executive will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing job postings, and maintaining records of recruitment activities. The HR Recruitment Executive will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
