Role Summary :

Job Title : Associate Recruiter (Non IT)

Work Location : Mumbai - (Goregaon)

Work Mode : Hybrid (WFO -3 days, WFH - 2 days)

We’re looking to hire a motivated and experienced Junior Recruiter / Sourcer with a strong background in hiring for non-IT roles , particularly within FMCG / D, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors . This role is focused on supporting and fulfilling our client’s talent acquisition needs by proactively sourcing candidates and maintaining a robust pipeline across various positions, while consistently meeting recruitment targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on their next big challenge. You’ll be working with one of the leading clients in the pharmaceutical industry , playing a key role in shaping careers and delivering impactful results from the very beginning of a new recruitment solution.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
