Job Description : HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location : Millennium Business Park, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400710
Reporting To : Senior Manager, HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities :
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support :
- Act as a trusted HR point-of-contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with delivery managers and project leads to understand business needs and align HR initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, probation confirmations, and role transitions in coordination with business teams.
Employee Engagement & Retention :
Drive employees connect initiatives, skip-level interactions, and feedback sessions to strengthen engagement.Plan and execute engagement programs, R&Rs, and wellness activities aligned with organizational culture.Track employee concerns, attrition risks, and provide proactive solutions for retention.HR Operations & Compliance :
Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires.Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance are adhered to consistently.Maintain accurate HRIS data, dashboards, and reports (headcount, attrition, engagement, etc.Performance & Talent Development :
Coordinate performance review cycles, probation assessments, and feedback discussions.Partner with managers to identify learning needs and support capability-building initiatives.Provide inputs for career pathing and internal mobility.Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum : Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred : MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.
6 months to 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT services / consulting.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
Good understanding of HR operations, employee life cycle, and compliance frameworks.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools / HRIS.
High learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
