Healthcare Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in our client's team. They are a trusted provider of healthcare staffing and recruitment solutions, bringing together skilled recruiters and dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles including RNs, NPs, PAs, Allied Health professionals PTs, OTs, STs, and administrative staff.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods : job boards, social media, internal database, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role-specific requirements and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track metrics and KPIs to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate with sourcing teams if applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment (agency or in-house).Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.Familiarity with PRN / contract staffing models.Existing network of healthcare professionals.Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare regulations.
