Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Manage and investigate employee grievances, workplace issues, and disputes, providing guidance and coaching to managers and HR teams.
- Advice on Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, absence management, and POSH governance.
- Review and enhance ER processes and policies, ensuring compliance and improved colleague experience.
- Leverage analytics and reporting to inform leadership decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
8–10 years of HR experience, including employee relations, industrial relations, and HR compliance.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, including POSH, maternity benefits, standing orders, and employment legislation.Proven ability to manage conflict, workplace harassment, and cross-cultural sensitivities, while coaching stakeholders effectively.Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Please contact Chaitra Shetty or email your cv directly in word format to Chaitra@theedgepartnership.com
